When making an appointment, credit card details or a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking to hold the appointment.

Credit card details or 50% deposit paid at the time of booking signifies that you are confirming your appointment.
Running Late?
Arriving on time for your appointment means you will experience the full pleasure of your treatment, arriving late will only lessen your time spent with us, or possible cancellation of your appointment.
Cancellations
We appreciate your cooperation by letting us know by 12:00pm the day prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. No shows and cancellations after this time will incur the total cost of treatment.
When you Arrive
Prior to your appointment we need to complete client details, and it is important that you take advantage of the environment to relax and unwind, so please arrive 15 minutes early.
Children
Please make arrangements for your children when making an appointment. Children are only permitted in treatment rooms if having a treatment. Body & Soul is a place for our clients to relax and have tranquility away from the normal stresses of life, so please be respectful of other clients.
Mobile Phones
To ensure total relaxation for yourself and others in the salon, please ensure that your mobile phone is switched off or on silent before entering the salon.
Gift Vouchers
The most wonderful gift is one that nurtures the well being of the receiver. Gift vouchers are available for all treatments and products. Gift vouchers are valid for three months from date of purchase.
