WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Prior to your appointment we need to complete Client details and it is important that you take advantage of the environment to relax and unwind, so please arrive 15 minutes early.

What If I’m Late
Arriving on time for your appointment means you will experience the full pleasure of your treatment, arriving late will only lessen your time spent with us, or possible cancellation of treatment.

Cancellations
We appreciate your co-operation by letting us know 24 hours ahead of time if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A credit card number is required to hold your appointment. No shows will incur the total of the treatment cost.

Etiquette
At Body & Soul we guarantee that you will enjoy our beautiful environment. We ask that you please respect the quiet and privacy of others by ensuring mobile phones are turned off and using a lowered voice, to maintain peace and harmony for all.

Gift Vouchers
The most wonderful gift of love is one that nurtures the well being of the receiver. Gift vouchers are gift wrapped and are valid for three months. Gift vouchers are available for all treatments and products. Not redeemable for cash.
