WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Prior to your appointment we need to know of any health issues that could be affected by our treatments and it is important to please arrive on time and be ready so you can enjoy your spa experience.

What If I’m Late
Arriving on time for your appointment means you will experience the full pleasure of your treatment, arriving late will only lessen your time spent with us, or possible cancellation of treatment.

What if I am pregnant?                                                                                                                                                                                  Please notify us when booking your treatments. We have designed treatments with products and techniques that are safe after 12 weeks of pregnancy.

What if I have special health considerations or allergies?                                                                                                               If you have any concerns reqarding health, please notify us when booking your treatments (including allergies, colds, flu, skin conditions, medical issues etc) so this can be noted on our computer for the therapist to be aware of prior to treatments.

Cancellations
We appreciate your co-operation by letting us know 24 hours ahead of time if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A credit card number is required to hold your appointment. No shows and changes after the 24hrs notice required will incur the total of the treatment cost.

Etiquette
At Body & Soul we guarantee that you will enjoy our beautiful environment. We ask that you please respect the quiet and privacy of others by ensuring mobile phones are turned off and using a lowered voice, to maintain peace and harmony for all.

Gift Vouchers
The most wonderful gift of love is one that nurtures the well being of the receiver. Gift vouchers are gift wrapped and are valid for three months. Gift vouchers are available for all treatments and products. Not redeemable for cash.
