We kindly request that you switch off your mobile phone before arriving for your benefit, and as a courtesy to others.
All treatments are completed as scheduled, so please be aware that if you arrive late, your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book ahead for all treatments. Please let us know in advance if you have any special health or physical considerations which may affect your treatments at the spa.
Please be aware that all Public Holiday appointments do incur a 15% surcharge and Sunday appointments a 5% surcharge due to penalty rates.
Body & Soul Spa Retreat have a strict cancellation Policy on all treatments and services. Body & Soul require credit card details to secure all appointments. 24hrs notice of any cancellation is kindly required or a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. We appreciate your co-operation.
